Job Description
Responsibilities
Engage with the business HR team to understand their technology requirements and subsequent automation needs
- Support in designing the automation initiatives aligned to the Group HR Strategy Roadmap to improve the gaps identifiedthrough diagnostic tests
- Manage the execution of the automation and technology projects at the Group/BU/Site level
- Analyze the performance of the current technology and provide recommendations (introduction of new technology,upgradation of existing technology etc.) to the Head HR SSC for improving the efficiency
Research & Innovation
- Stay abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, new and advanced automation systems and applications to continuallyimprove the HR technological infrastructure at Adani
- Adapt the latest HR technological trends to Adani context to build a better integrated, innovative and more efficienttechnology ecosystem
Technological Interventions
- Identify areas within HR that can potentially automated or enhanced with technology and collaborate with the relevantpartners to design the solution for upgradation
- Support in designing the HR Technology and Analytics roadmap and ensure smooth execution of upgradation/automationinitiatives
- Identify technological interventions through organization-wide diagnostic tests to drive process excellence

Technical Assistance
- Ensure the implementation of ERP solutions in HR department for improving efficiency of the department
- Collaborate with the IT department to develop and manage IT interface for HR functions such as HR Helpdesk, HR Communications etc.
- Ensure that the issues with the IT systems such as breakdown etc. are immediately addressed and ensure proper backupprevent any loss of data
Partner Selection & Engagement
- Prepare the Request for Information (RFI) document to be circulated to potential partners
- Evaluate quotes, shortlist, and submit proposals to the Head HR SSC for finalizing
- Manage contracting processes to get the select partner on board
- Track partner performance and conduct timely reviews to ensure quality, timelines and budgetary considerations; Escalateinstances of non-performances
- Cultivate strategic relationships with partners and effectively leverage them for value additions to Adani
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Maths,or Statistics
- Techno Functional expertise in latest HR cloud solutions– Core HR, Time and Labour,
Talent management, PMS and other modules.
