Role & responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for large-scale customer support positions (call center, help desk, etc.)
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and managing candidate offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific customer support role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment pipelines and track candidate status in the ATS.
Conduct initial phone screens, interview scheduling, and provide regular updates to hiring managers. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
