Job Description
- Responsible for execution of Interco orders from receipt of the order till shipment. Own the plan and commitment during quote stage.
- Effectively manage customers/WA Project Managers and keep them updated on the orders. On site customer management during the visits
- Arrange project kick-of-meetings (KOM) and ensure order is clean for execution.
- Align and Co-ordinate with WA PM, PSQ, Design, Planning, Operations, and supply chain for flawless execution of the order.
- Communication with the Customer/WA PM’S on status of the orders time to time.
- Arranging shipment clearance for the shipments in co-ordination with WA PM and COE team as applicable.
- Submission of OA’S, Updating of Gannt Charts, Mitigation / escalation of project risks, Understanding Critical path in the project, Customer focus
- Change orders timely communications and management with WA PM’S.
- Collaboration with all the stake holders to drive the projects with CRD.
- In time Document/Procedures submission and approvals as needed from customers. Comments resolutions with CFT as needed.
