Job Description
- Perform all Revenue Assurance activities (Risk based controls )at a defined timelines and ensure 100% compliance.
- Identify key gaps (Operational and Technological) and highlight to respective team for RCA and correction
- Ensure documentation of workpapers
- Creation of SOPs
- Support in automating the controls through Python/ SQL
- Support business in validating the transactions of any existing product changes or new product getting implemented into the system
- Prepare control dashboards and reporting, identifies process deficiencies, and recommends improvements.
- Responsible for working with cross functional teams to implement the processes and controls to reduce the business losses.
- Understand various revenue and cost streams, identify key KPI, develop logic to build controls
- Identify any fraud patterns in the revenue streams
