To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a graduation degree in any discipline. Law graduates are not eligible.
  • Diploma holders can also apply.
  • Freshers from the 2021–2025 graduating batches are eligible.
  • Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in voice-based customer service roles can apply.
  • Applicants should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (excluding Law).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate fluently and confidently with customers.
