- Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government

Bank of India Recruitment Selection Procedure:
- Selection will be through shortlisting for interview and/or field trials based on their qualification, experience
- Shortlisting in Officer cadre will be through screening of an application, the conduct of field trials in the respective sport followed by an interview.
- Shortlisting in Clerical cadre will be through screening of applications and conduct of field trials.

Educational Qualification:
Faculty:
- Graduate and Diploma in vocational courses preferable
- Shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in Hindi and English would be an added qualification. Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Internet.
- Typing skills in Hindi/English typing will be an added advantage.
Office Assistant:
- Graduate in BSW / BA / B.Com / with Computer Knowledge.
- Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
- Fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification.
- Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet.
- Skills in typing in local language is essential, typing skills in English an added advantage.
Office Attendant: Minimum Matriculate pass.
Watchman cum Gardener:
- Should have passed 8th Standard (VIIIth Pass).
- Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture.

- The candidate should preferably be resident of the District where the RSETI is located
- Ability to read and write the local language preferred.
