Job Description:
For Process Executive:
- Should be ok with voice and email support
- Ability to understand customer issue and route to the appropriate team
- Ability to drive higher customer satisfaction
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Flexible to work in Night shifts (Australian Shifts)
- Minimum of 10+2+3 years’ education pattern with supporting documents is mandatory (2017, 2018 & 2019 pass outs only)
- Knowledge in MS-Office
- Candidates with standing arrears are not eligible

For Senior Process Executive:
- Candidates should be interested to work in customer support, Telecom domain
- Candidate should have minimum 1-year experience in any International Voice Process
- Should be ok with voice and email support
