Job Description
- Understand the position specific requirements and create the recruitment plan accordingly
- Employ appropriate ways to attract the right talent and identify potential candidates through online databases like Naukri, LinkedIn, Emerson career page etc.
- Reaching out to candidates and maintaining a candidate database for current & future references.
- Conducting initial screening and validation of the candidate profiles and coordinating further for interviews.
