Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualifications:

Registrar:

  • The candidate must have a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks, and
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with at least 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration

Chief Library Officer:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Deputy Librarian in pay level 12

Deputy Registrar:

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks,
  • Experience: 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 10

Executive Engineer (Electrical):

  • First Class B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, out of which 6 years should be in Pay Level 7 and above or equivalent OR 3 years should be in Pay Level 10

Technical Officer Gr-II:

  • First Class BTech/BE in Mechanical/Production/ Manufacturing Engineering, and
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience of mechanical workshop operation and maintenance in engineering institute or training center or laboratory of repute.

Assistant Librarian:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, and
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a Library under CFTI/ State/ Autonomous

Network/Systems Administrator:

  • First Class M.Tech/M.E/MS in Computer Science/IT/ Electronics
  • Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience on network/ system/ cloud administration/ architect/ security activities

Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil):

  • First Class B.Tech/ BE or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, and
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 4 years should be in Pay Level 7 and above or equivalent.

Sports Officer Gr-I:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks,
    Master’s Degree (full time) in Physical Education/ Sports Science with at least 55% marks,
  • N.I.S Coaching Diploma
  • Experience: At least 6 years of full time experience after the Bachelor’s degree OR at least 4 years of full time experience after the Master’s degree.

Medical Officer/Lady Medical Officer Gr-I:

  • MBBS degree with at least 55% marks
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience OR at least two years of specialization in any area and at least 3 years of experience after the specialization.

Technical Officer Gr-I:

  • Microelectronics & VLSI – First Class M.Tech/ ME in Nano electronics/ Microelectronics/ VLSI/ Embedded Systems,
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years of experience at postgraduate level in conducting experimental research.
  • Power & Control – First Class MTech/ME in Power Electronics/Power Systems/Control/Instrumentation
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years of experience at postgraduate level in conducting experimental research.

Assistant Registrar:

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks, and
  • Experience of Administration/ Accounts/ Establishment/ Academics/ Materials Management/ Hostels Administration/ Legal services under the Central Government/ Central Autonomous or Statutory Bodies/ Central Universities at least 7 years in Pay Level 6; OR at least 3 years in Pay Level 7/8

Bio-Safety Officer:

  • First Class M.Sc in Animal Sciences/ Animal Biotechnology, and
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience

Veterinary Doctor:

  • First Class BVSc
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience

Psychological Counsellor:

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology with at least 55% Marks, and
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in counselling as a clinical psychologist in a medical or academic institute of repute, in Pay Level 6 or equivalent

Assistant Engineer (Civil)/(Electrical):

  • First Class B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 4 years should be in Pay Level 6 and above or equivalent.
  • Experience shall be in any Central Government organization/ Central PSU/ State PWD/ State Engineering departments in the cadre of Junior Engineer.

Executive Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks, with knowledge of Computer Applications, OR Diploma in Computer Applications with first-class, OR
  • Diploma in Commercial and Computers Practice (DCCP) with first-class,
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in establishment/ accounts/ audit/ materials management/ hostel/ recruitment/ hospital management/ import-export/ general administration.

Library Information Assistant:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with superior knowledge of computerized library service, and
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a Library in CFTI/ State/ Autonomous or statuary organization /PSU /University.

Hospitality Management Assistant:

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/ Hotel/ Catering Management, and
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in hotels/ hostels of Educational Institution/ Guest Houses of Public Sector Undertaking/ Government Organization, etc

Physiotherapist:

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience

Physical Training Instructor/Lady Physical Training Instructor:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks, along with
    Bachelor degree in Physical Education (BPEd) or Sports Science or its equivalent qualification with at least 55% marks,
  • Experience: At least 2 years of full time coaching experience in a recognized university/Institute.
