Job Description:
– Handling calls and providing on-call support to clients.
– Responding to queries related to billing, sales, etc.
– Remotely diagnosing the issue related to internet connectivity by guiding the client on call.
– Taking feedback from clients once their issue is resolved and updating the same on the complaint portal and log sheet.
– Coordinating with field Technical Engineers and updating them about the complaints
