Job Description
- Campus Recruitment Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of campus recruitment events and job fairs.
- Ensure all logistics and arrangements are in place for a successful campus hiring process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the Campus Hiring Manager to identify target universities and programs.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Candidate Evaluation: Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with potential hires, answer their questions, and provide information about the organization and available roles.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Feedback and Reporting:
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the campus hiring process.
- Generate reports on campus hiring activities and results.
