Job Description
Designation: Manager – Company Secretary

Qualification: The candidate must be a Company Secretary holding a valid membership number 2. Legal graduation will be an added advantage

Your Role
- The candidate shall be an on board Company Secretary
- Capable of independently managing Zepto group companies’ secretarial work.
- Exposure and experience in RBI related filings as such FC – GRP, FC – TRS, Form – DI, FLA returns etc.
- Well versed with Companies Act, 2013, secretarial standards and the compliance thereunder applicable to private companies.
- Drafting and finalization of board and shareholders’ meeting notices, minutes, attendance sheets, shorter notice consents etc.
- Filings of forms with ROC such MGT-14, PAS-3, AOC-4, DIR-12, DIR-12 KYC, Form MSME, Form DPT-3 etc.
- Maintaining of statutory registers as required under Companies Act, 2013.
- Assistance with audit (statutory, internal etc), due diligence
- Experience in corporate actions such as rights issue, private placement, increase in authorized capital, bonus issue, amendment to MOA & AOA etc.
