Job Summary:

You will be aligned with our Customer Service Delivery vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers’ queries, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers and giving the best resolutions and closing the fault and complaints with their permission.
You will be working as a part of the Query Management (Technical) team which is accountable for the Inbound /Outbound calls and e-mail/chat support to resolve a technical issue.
The candidate will be responsible for Customer service (Technical) wherein you will be managing incoming calls/chats/emails and customer service inquiries on Technical issues along with handling calls/ chats/ emails and fulfilling the customer’s requirements.
It is critical to build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication by providing accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
You will need to manage large volumes of incoming calls/chats/emails.
Good to have skills: Customer service (Technical), Good communication skills
