Pointers- needs to be well versed with various Finance Instruments, shares, bonds, debentures, capital markets, equity etc, Exp- relevant in Corporate actions, Reconciliation, mutual funds etc, good communication skills
Competencies
– In depth understanding of Eurobonds-Reference Data Products and Capital Market
– Good awareness of the Financial Services Industry
– Experience in Back office i.e. liaising with Fund Managers, Rate Fixing Agents, Investment Banks, Stock Exchanges etc
– The candidate must be proficient in Office productivity tools (MS Office)
– Clear, competent, professional written communication in English, including the ability to write compelling responses to formal client requests.
– Needs to have experience in managing international customers (from a service delivery perspective)
– Experience in operational excellence initiatives such as Six Sigma, ISO 9000 etc. desirable
– Flexible, able to work under pressure, determination to succeed, mature approach, keen to learn, etc.
– Should be willing to work in all shifts including night shifts.
