- MBA Fresher with a background in Data Analysis
- Six Sigma added an advantage
- Good Knowledge of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Ops Analyst, or related roles
- Understanding of operations metrics
- Experience in extracting and processing data using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Experience in creating dashboards with tools such as Google DataStudio/ Tableau/ PowerBI
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
- Self-starter – you learn independently and stay motivated with limited direction
- Startup energy and hustle – you are comfortable quickly adapting as we build the project Team player
Details about the role:
- Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dashboarding for operations
- Own dashboards at the team level
- Prepare quarterly/monthly operations and Business Intelligence updates for stakeholders
- Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis
- Coordinate between Operations, Policy, Training, and Quality functions
- Receive feedback from the operations floor and ensure the use of metrics in daily operations management
