Job Description:
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.Concentrix is a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance. Role & Key Responsibilities: –
- Manage a team of 20-40 FTE’s as per the assigned ratio and team structure
- Compliance and Integrity role model for the team
- Be a strong advocate and brand ambassador of CNX & it’s policies
- End to End Client/Customer/People Management
- Drive team performance & meet all targets
- Manage the daily team activities and ensure the daily operations run smoothly.
- Handle customer escalations, identify the root causes, ensure feedback is shared with the team and closure with customer and client contact
- Manage key business metrics and SLA’s & SLOs (CSAT, AHT, NPS, Quality, Schedule Adherence etc.)
- Drive Continuous Improvement in the team along with metrics improvement
- Performance management and appraisals for the entire Team.
- No Noise delivery – ensuring KPIs are met, 0 client escalations, 0 people escalations.
- Present Weekly Reviews to the Management on key deliverables with clear and precise callouts on performance issue, action plans and timelines for recovery.
- One-One with the team and scheduled Monthly Team meetings.
- Knowledge management for the team and quality control
- Apply performance management strategies – action plans, BQ management
- Responsible for people/employee career development
- Employee Engagement and Retention – Manage employee performance, align their aspirations to company growth objective to ensure employee loyalty
Key Skills & knowledge: –
- Strong Process/Product Knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Ability to manage and support a team.
- Ability to achieve stretch targets.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Highly energetic & matured.
- Customer orientation.
- Previous Automotive experience – highly desirable
Education: –
- Graduate in any discipline
