What You’ll Do
- PO creation and timely PO acknowledgement from suppliers;
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports as per business requirement / deliverables;
- Managing the Open Order reports and liaising with suppliers for PO acknowledgement and confirmations;
- Work with suppliers to find alternate parts to manage shortages
- suppliers;
- Manage open POs through confirmations for deliveries, updating ERPs and managing orders till delivery
- Meeting the SLAs as defined;
- Creating and timely upgrading the SOPs and other related documents, meeting QMS requirements;
- Day to day communication with various stakeholders like Site Buyers, SCM Manager, Suppliers with timely actions and resolutions, attending tier meeting .
Qualifications
- Should be able to initiate and execute projects to achieve Cost Out/Saving, Productivity Targets.
- Should have hands on experience on excel
Skills
- Proficient knowledge on SCM functions.
- Working Knowledge of ERP – Oracle;
- Sound knowledge of End to End P2P cycle
