Job Description:
– Own lead generation and nurturing process through cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
– Follow up on leads and conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential prospects and key stakeholders within these organizations.
– Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
– Introduce leads to ekincare, organize online demos of the product and provide
– Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
– Work with field sales teams and pass qualified leads to them as potential meetings.
– Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
– Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
A successful candidate for this role must require:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Track record of managing lead generation in India market, HR Tech space.
– Be able to thrive in a complex and demanding start-up environment
– Street smart, open-minded, analytical, persistent, accountable and ethical
