Job Requirements:
- Experience in Layer2/Layer3 networking protocols
- Strong understanding of Data Plane/Forwarding concepts
- Working experience on Broadcom Layer2/Layer3 datapath ASICS
- Advanced knowledge of Layer-2 Bridging protocols: STP/MSTP/RSTP, 802.1p/q/v, 802.3ad, 802.1x, IGMP
- Experience in troubleshooting memory leaks, performance bottlenecks
- Advanced knowledge of Layer-3 Routing protocols. TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP4, PIM, PIM-SM/SSM
- In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems and embedded software development
- Expert programming knowledge in C/C++
- Ability to be productive in flexible and dynamic work environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior members
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Highly Desirable:
- Working experience on Dune/Jerico bases Broadcom datapath asics
- Experience with successful multi-site development projects
- Candidate must have the ability to learn on the job and ready to take up challenges
- Ability to mentor and guide the new grads, fresher in the team
- In addition,candidate should be able to lead, implement and handle the complete delivery of the component/modules owned
