What you’ll do
HCL is hiring candidates who are passionate to work in an international voice process for a renowned banking process.
Designation: Banking Customer Support
Process: Inbound Calling. * No sales or upselling or cross selling. *
Experience: Fresher or 6 months and above in relevant field (with proper documents)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Shift Timing: Rotational Shift
Mode of interview: Walk-in
Date: 21/08/23 to 23/08/23
Timing: 12 PM to 2:30 PM (please make sure you are available for the whole day)
Location: HCL Technologies AMB 6:8, South Phase, Sidco Industrial Estate, MTH Road, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600058.

Responsible for handling customers calls in order to resolve bank related queries.
