Qualifications:-

Position Overview:-
- Replicon is searching for an individual who is committed to join our successful team as an Intern- HR Executive.
- The intern will work closely with the Sr. HR Administrators and help in general HR administrative activities, statutory, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Maintain and administer employee related data
- Process candidate offers. Engage and explain compensation and benefit details to prospective employees
- Coordinate with various departments and ensure that the new joiner induction goes smoothly
- Verification and collection of documents from the new joiners and their maintenance
- Responsible for filing all the relevant documents as required under the labour law
- Address any routine HR request by employees

Technical Requirements:
- Functional computer systems.
- Min. 1 MBPS internet speed per PC.
- Updated Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser with the most recent version; Note: IE is not supported.
- Power Back-up for Computer Systems during the Exam.
