- Excellent communication skills – since this is 50 to 60 % voice and 40% Transaction work, associate should have great communication

- Proactive communication with internal stakeholders as well as onboarding candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities(Daily tasks):
- Initiating offers on internal tool, making welcome calls to candidates, sending client PPW to candidate and getting it signed, initiating Background and Drug test, calling schools for verification, calling employers for employment verification.
- Proactive communication with recruiter in terms of candidate been unresponsive or need help
- Following up/ chasing candidates to complete tasks
- US/UK calling experience
