- Invoice and expense/claim processing as per the guidelines.
- Creation of new vendors/supplier in the system.
- Creation of payment batches for vendors and employees.
- Month end activities (Closing, Dashboard etc.).
- Posting Journals
- Handling generic mail box.
- Maintaining hygiene for SOPs.
- Following up with the vendors for the PO numbers.
Primary Skills

- Excellent command over computer handling
- Fair understanding of basic accounting entries.
