Role Responsibilities
- You will promote Agile values, principles, and practices within the teams
- Will facilitate value delivery without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work directly. Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the team.
- So, I Will facilitate collaboration on a daily basis to remove impediments and reduce risk.
- Also, Will promotes a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation
- Will schedule, manage and facilitate Scrum events and SAFe events
- You will grow agile maturity within development team members as well as product owners, scaling best practices. Encourage greater levels of team maturity through contact coaching and mentoring
- You will build information radiators to ensure proper visibility and transparency between development teams, stakeholders, and the org
- Will help Product Owner in backlog management and ensure the shared understanding of goals, scope and product domain
Basic Qualifications
- Firstly, You will have at least 2 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Secondly, Have an Engineering Degree(Preferably in Computer Science)
- Thirdly, Have at least 2 years of experience working directly with software development teams
- Fourthly, Have knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Fifthly, You have a deep understanding of Agile values, principles, as well as Scrum framework
- Sixthly, You have at least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master across multiple cross-functional teams
- Last, You have Agile Scrum Certifications (i.e. SAFe SSM, CSM, PMP-ACP, etc.)
