Educational Qualification:
Chief Electoral Officer:
Election Naib Tehsildar/Election Kanungo:
- Candidate should be BA/B.Com or equivalent from a recognized university.
Public Works Department (B&R):
- Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
- ITI Certificate in the following respective trades and
- Experience: Two/Three/Five years experience in the relevant field
Trades:
Work Supervisor/ Auto Diesel Mechanic/ Carpenter/ Plumber/ Receptionist-cum-Telephone/ Operator/ Surveyor/ Painter/ Mason/ Mechanic (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)/Lift Operator/ Chargeman (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) / Chargeman (Electrical)/ Electrician/ Machine Tool Operator/ Auto Electrician/ Chargeman Miscellaneous/ Storekeeper/ Fitter Heavy Machine Supervisor/ Workshop Machinery Operator/ Chargeman Heavy Plant
Blacksmith:
- Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
- Eight years of experience in the relevant field

Registrar Cooperative Societies:
Inspector:
- Graduate of a recognised University or having equivalent qualifications.
- Preference will be given to a Graduate, in Economics or Commerce or Agriculture or holding a Higher Diploma in Co-operation/Junior Personnel Diploma in Co-operation.
Haryana Seed Development Corporation:
Section Officer:
- Commerce Graduate with advanced Accountancy and Auditing.
- 3 yrs. experience as Accounts Assistant.
Sub Station Generator Attendant:
- Certification in ITI Electrical Trade experience of 2 years preferably in SubStation.
Electrician:
- ITI Certificate (2 years) in Electrical/Wireman with knowledge of maintenance of Electrical motors and installation.
Junior Mechanic:
- ITI Diploma or equivalent qualification from a Technical Training Institute.

Accounts Clerk:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks from any recognized University. Or
- Post Graduate in Commerce with at least 50% marks from a recognized University.
- Having working knowledge of Computer i.e MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Tally etc.
Store Keeper:
- Graduate with 2 yrs. experience of Store handling and store accounting.
Store Clerk:
- Matriculate with one year exp. of store handling and store accounting.
Assistant Seed Production Officer:
- B.Sc. (Agril.) with High 2nd Div. or M.Sc.(Agril.) with specialization in Plant Breeding, Agronomy or Seed Technology
- Experience: Minimum 2 yrs. experience in Seed Production/Processing/ certification etc.
Account Assistant:
- B.Com Minimum 3yrs. Experience in Govt. Undertaking or Public Undertaking or Commercial organization of repute.
Senior Mechanic:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 yrs experience in the running and maintenance of Seed Processing Plant.
Marketing Assistant:
- Graduate with at least one year experience of Marketing of Agril. Products.
Elementary Education:
TGT Punjabi:
- B.A. with at least 50% marks in Punjabi as an elective subject and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education
Skill Development & Industrial Training Department:
Turner Instructor, Theory/Fitter Instructor, Theory:
- AICTE recognized Bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology or its equivalent in Mechanical / Production/ Industrial Engineering from AICTE recognized institution/ university
Carpenter Instructor, Practical:
- National Trade Certificate/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Carpenter with Crafts Instructor Training Course (CITC) in relevant trade with five years practical/ teaching experience including the training period
Employees State Insurance Health Care:
Pharmacist:
- 10+2 with Science, (Physics and Chemistry)
- Pharmacists course diploma from the Medical College, Rohtak or any other recognized Institutions recognized by the Haryana Government
- Registered as a Pharmacist with the Haryana Pharmacy Council
Laboratory Technician:
- 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and one-year Laboratory Technician Diploma from an institution recognized by Haryana State.
Note: For all above qualification Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matriculation or Higher.
Age Limit: 17 – 42 Years
- For Inspector/TGT Punjabi – 18 – 42 Years
Upper age limit is relaxable by:
