Job Description:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- So, Support in departmental communication
- Also, Support in preparation and finalization of IT strategic fields of action and planning actives.
- Moreover, Support monthly/ quarterly updates to MB Executive Committee and Overseas Management Team.
- Support in departmental communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Workshops and Events
- Conceptualize and execute IT Connect (Company-wide forum to bring IT and business together)
- Support IT in town hall activities
- Technology & Operations
- Explore newer technologies and concepts and come up with feasibility study and implementation steps
- Connect with startups to find suitable use cases
- Support in driving cross-functional topics like deletion concept, exit process, social intranet activities
Qualification:
- Possess Bachelor’s degree / Management degree relevant field.
Soft Skills - Good spoken and written English
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Appetite for working in cross-functional teams
- Ready to accept the Adhoc and stretched targets
