Detailed Eligibility:
- Degree and Streams: B.E/B.Tech and MCA with Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Telecommunication and Electrical & Electronics branches
- Batch: 2019
- Academic Percentage: Minimum 65% marks or 6.8C GPA in graduation
- Backlog: No
- Training Period: 8 to 12 weeks
- Training agreement: Selected candidates must sign Training agreement at the time of joining to stay with the company for minimum 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 100,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.
- CTC: For first three months, CTC will be 2.5 Lakh per annum. Post 3 months, CTC will be revised to 3.25 Lakh per annum.

Candidate must be an Indian citizen
– The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
– The candidate needs to be flexible to get allocated to any Mphasis operating location
– The candidate needs to be flexible to take up any technology – Applications Testing, Applications Development or Applications Support.
– The candidate needs to be flexible to work in any timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards

-First round – Aptitude Test (English grammar, Computer Programming, Logical Ability and Quantitative Ability)
– Second round – Tool Based Communication Test
