Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
For Hospital Administrator:
- Candidate should be Master of Business Administration(2 years regular full-time degree) in any stream from a recognized Institute/University
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a supervisory capacity in Hospital Management/ Administration in a Govt/Pvt Hospital.
- Punjabi pass up to Matric standard.

For Assistant Hospital Administrator:
- Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Administration (2 years regular full-time degree) from a recognized Institute/University Or
- Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Management (2 years regular full-time degree) from a recognized Institute/University Or
- Post Graduate Degree in Health Care Management (2 years regular full-time degree) from a recognized Institute/University
- Punjabi pass upto Matric standard
Note: Only those candidates who have passed Punjabi subject in matriculation standard are eligible to apply.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2020):
- Hospital Administrator: 45 years
- Assistant Hospital Administrator: 18 to 37 years

NHM Recruitment Selection Process for Asst Hospital Administrator/Hospital Administrator:
- Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of selection criteria (related to qualification/ experience/age etc.).
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the counseling for checking the eligibility of candidates and the list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the Department’s website www.nhm.punjab.gov.in.
