Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should complete B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/Automobile Engineering with minimum 60% marks for S category (and candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD applying against unreserved category and 50% marks for reserved category recognized by AICTE from a University
- Experience (as on 01.05.2020): Candidates should have post qualification experience of minimum 8 years
Maximum Age Limit (as on 01.05.2020): 38 years
Note: Reservation/ relaxation/ concessions to EWS/ SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD/ Ex-SM/ J&K Domicile would be provided as per extant Govt. order.

RITES Recruitment Selection Process for Manager:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the written test
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
- The candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.
- The written test will be conducted at 6 different locations across India.
Based upon the performance in the Written Test, and fulfilling the conditions of eligibility; candidates shall be shortlisted for Interview.
The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under:
- Experience – 5%
- Written Test – 60%
- Interview – 35%
