For Graduate Engineer Trainee:
- Candidates should complete first class full time B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical
Technology/ Pulp and Paper Technology/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Technology/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering/ Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university - For SC/ST candidates should have secured first class with minimum 65% of marks in aggregate & all other candidates should have secured first class with minimum 70% of marks in aggregate.

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience for Plant Engineer and minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience for Assistant Manager
For Plant Engineer (Instrumentation)/ Assistant Manager (Instrumentation):
- First class full time B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (or)
- First class full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class PG Diploma in Process Instrumentation.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience for Plant Engineer and minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience for Assistant Manager

For Graduate Engineer Trainee:
- General – 25 years
- BC/BCM/MBC/DNC – 27 years
- SC/SCA/ST – 30 years
For Shift Engineer, Plant Engineer/ Assistant Manager:
- Minimum – 28 years (for Shift/ Plant Engineer) & 29 years (for Assistant Manager)
Maximum:
- General – 40 years
- BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-43 years
- SC/SCA/ST-45 years

Salary Details:
For Trainees:
Training Period – 2 years:
- Ist year Stipend: Rs.22,500/-p.m.
- IInd year Stipend: Rs.25,350/-p.m.
- After completion of training: Rs.13,900-17,100/-
For Shift Engineer / Plant Engineer:
- Scale of Pay: Rs.19,200-24,000/-
- Monthly CTC: Rs.82,283/- for the month of February 2020
For Assistant Manager:
- Scale of Pay: Rs.23,400-29,300/-
- Monthly CTC: Rs.99,196/- for the month of February 2020
