Roles and Responsibilities:
Development:
Associates should be
1. well versed with software development life cycle, OO concepts
2. hands-on experience of coding in one or more programming languages like Java, C#;
3. able to communicate clearly in spoken/written English
4. flexible with work timings (Should be able to support our customers based outside India). Would require them to work in shifts
5. comfortable to work in a team environment
Testing:
- Associates should be
- 1. Well versed with software testing life cycle
- 2. Able to communicate clearly in spoken/written English
- 3. Flexible with work timings (Should be able to support our customers based outside India). Would require them to work in shifts
- 4. Comfortable to work in a team environment
- 5. Proficient in at least one programming language like C# or Java
- 6. Knowledgeable on test automation
Annual Compensation: INR 4,25,000 per annum.
Work shift: Rotational (General or UK timings)
Selection Process:
– Written Test (Generic aptitude test)
– Technical Round
– Managerial Round
