Job Description:
– Calling cancer patient and guiding them on cancer care and ZenOnco.io’s offerings that can help them in their treatment journey
– Explaining benefits of ZenOnco.io’s offerings so that patients can subscribe to the services
– Collect medical data from patients and forward to internal team for onward processing
– Ensure strong follow-ups with patients to ensure that they go for the service
– Process mapping from case initiation to delivery of consultation
– Manage patient relations and ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns
– Co-ordinate with Patient Care Managers (Relationship) to ensure smooth transition of patients for a better experience
Skill Set Required:
– Excellent sales and negotiation skills
– Strong communication and networking skills
– Good planning and organizational skills
– Commercial and business awareness
– The ability to understand and present clinical data
– The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems
