About Aavin Milk: Tamilnadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (Generally called as Aavin milk) is formed/registered on 1 February 1981 in Tamilnadu Government, and it operates under the Dairy Development Department, Tamilnadu. Aavin milk does commercial activities such as Milk Procurement, Processing, Chilling, packing and sale of milk to the consumers, etc. This department also sells Milk products to consumers across Tamilnadu. There are 17 District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Unions functioning in Tamil Nadu, covering 30 Districts in Tamilnadu. They are Kancheepuram-Tiruvallur, Villupuram, Vellore, Dharmapuri, Salem, Erode, Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Madurai, Dindigul, Trichy, Thanjavur, Pudukkottai, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari.

Manager (Veterinary):
- Must possess a minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Govt. approved / recognized University.

Manager (IR):
- Must possess a minimum qualification of Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from Government approved / recognized Institute.

Manager (Finance):

Manager (Marketing):
- Must possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline from Govt. approved / recognized University. Aavin Recruitment 2020 Selection Process:
- For Manager, Deputy Manager, Executive, Private Secretary Grade-III, Junior Executive, Milk Recorder Grade – III , the selection will be made based on the marks obtained by the eligible candidate in the Written Test for 85 marks and Oral Interview for 15 marks.
- Wherever knowledge in Computer / Microsoft Office Applications / Typing is specified, Skill Test will be conducted at the time of interview for which 5 Marks will be given out of the allotted 15 Marks for Oral Interview / Assessment.
- For Technician, the selection will be based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the academic qualification for 90 marks and Oral Test for 10 marks.
- For Technician (Boiler), the selection will be based on Oral Test only.
- For Heavy Vehicle Driver & Light Vehicle Driver, the selection will be made based on testing their driving ability only.
