For Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Candidates should complete 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering / Agricultural Engineering / Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/ institution.
Age Limit (As on 15.04.2020): 18 to 32 years

Qualification Marks:
- Minimum of 33% marks or more in each written examination papers and
- 45% or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers will be eligible for Interview/Viva-voce test.
Note: The Commission will adopt Recruitment Test (Objective type) before the written examination. Recruitment Test will consist of 100 Objective Type Questions on Technical
paper(Civil Engineering) as per syllabus.
Fees:

- For Non-APST candidates: Rs.160

Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
Speed of 100 words per minute in Stenography (English)
- Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 WPM
- Transcription: 50 mts (English), Skill test shall be done in computer. An average of 5 key depressions for each work.
- 5% permissible mistakes in transcription would apply in speed test.
Age Limit (as on 11.04.2020): 21 to 32 years
Post Wise Vacancies:
- Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Service (General Cadre) – 20 Posts
- Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission – 01 Post
